One time I was just staring at a summer rain falling, a light breeze, and I felt my whole body melt and vibrate with it, being there feeling gratitude, alive. I wondered if it was crazy (a good crazy of course) or maybe because I received so many massages at the time and was also going through transformations when I got up the courage and tried to describe it and share that feeling with a friend who works with tantra in Lisbon. He said he felt the same way seeing a bird flying in the sky. I find it fantastic and it’s also effects of massage! When someone interacting experiences this and tells me I get very excited. One of them felt watching an orchestra with his wife! It is a delicious internal vibration, a slow motion state (3) is present in the here and now. Life grows more graceful and doesn’t just pass us by.

Forgiveness, acceptance the path of healing

Tantric therapy helps you access many things and you are aware of it and I know, but so many go unnoticed and we hide in a basement that is never actually closed and on the other hand neither We want to access and avoid it by thinking that that question is already resolved but the point is that it is never resolved: and by not having a head-on encounter with it you will never get the healing you need.
